Shipping policy

1. Shipping areas

We deliver our products throughout Europe. Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply for deliveries outside Switzerland, which will be shown separately.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the country of delivery, the weight, and the size of the order and are clearly displayed during the ordering process.

We will be happy to provide you with individual shipping costs for large orders or express deliveries on request.

3. Delivery times

The delivery time depends on the destination country and the availability of the products.

For products with longer delivery times or custom-made items, we will inform you immediately after receiving your order.

4. Shipping service providers

We ship with reliable partners such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or Swiss Post. The service provider is selected based on the destination region and shipping method.

Data exchange for orders, order details, and inventory levels is handled by SMS Fulfillment Solutions GmbH.

5. Shipment tracking

After shipment, you will receive a tracking number for shipment tracking by email.

6. Transport damage

Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt. If the goods are damaged, please report this to our customer service within 48 hours at (info@jurenety.com).

7. Undeliverable shipments

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address information or non-acceptance, we reserve the right to charge for the new shipping costs.
