Quality
Our products cost more because their quality clearly sets them apart from conventional clothing – both in terms of material and craftsmanship.
The production volume also plays a role: We do not order in the same large quantities as major brands. This results in higher costs per item – in favour of quality over quantity.
Order & Payment
To qualify for free shipping, your order must have a minimum value of 200 CHF / €.
If your order is for a lower amount, shipping costs of 5.90 € or 6.90 CHF will be applied within the EU.

If you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately.
As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, we can easily adjust the address. If the shipment is already on its way, you can still provide us with the correct address, and we will check the current delivery status. However, please note that changes may not always be possible once the shipment has been dispatched.
Return policy
We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, should you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the goods.
You are welcome to try on the ordered items to check their nature, characteristics, and fit. Please note, however: If the goods have been used beyond this inspection and show signs of wear, damage, or deterioration as a result, a reduction in value may be charged.
Registering a return:
To register a return, please send an email to info@jurenety.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Item number(s) of the products to be returned
- Order date and date of receipt of the order
- Name of the consumer
- Address of the consumer

Please include the delivery note of the order in the package and send the return to the following address:

It is possible to return multiple orders together in one package. Please ensure that all associated delivery notes are included so that we can correctly allocate the returns.
Refund:
After the return has been received and checked in our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
Shipping costs and express surcharges already paid cannot be refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of returns. However, you can easily use a shipping provider of your choice to send the return to us.
In principle, we would very much like to offer this service to our customers free of charge. However, as a young company, our resources are still limited, which is why we are unfortunately unable to cover return shipping costs at this time. Unlike large e-commerce providers, these additional expenses would exceed our financial capacity.
At the same time, we are facing rising costs in many areas – such as production, materials, and transportation. Nevertheless, it is important to us to continue offering our products at fair prices. For this reason, we do not want to pass on the costs of returns indirectly to all customers through higher retail prices.
Furthermore, we also aim to encourage a more mindful approach to ordering – not least for the sake of the environment.
We sincerely hope that any return shipping costs will not diminish your enjoyment of our products, and we thank you for your understanding.

Please send your complaint via email to info@jurenety.com. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the defect, and a photo of the damaged or defective item.
Our team will get back to you as soon as possible to work with you on finding a suitable solution.
Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible for logistical reasons. Therefore, we ask you to return your order first.
You can find more information on this in the section "How do I register a return".
As soon as your return has arrived, we will refund the invoice amount via the payment method used for your order. You can then use the amount to conveniently reorder your desired product in our shop.
